Khaled Bediri — building digital health around real health-system needs.
20+ years in information systems, with a strong focus on digital health, health information systems and health-system transformation.
Khaled Bediri is a senior information systems and digital health professional with more than 13 years of experience across Business Intelligence, information systems, digital health, health information systems and programme transformation.
His career began in Business Intelligence, business analysis and information systems, working with organisations across the private sector, before moving progressively into health information systems and digital health. His health-sector work has included digital health strategy, EMR and HIS implementation, primary and community health, health data governance, programme management, stakeholder facilitation, capacity building and change management.
Khaled has worked with international organisations and health partners including WHO, UNICEF, UNV, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), Partners In Health (PIH) and Première Urgence Internationale, as well as Ministries of Health and other public-sector stakeholders.
His international experience spans diverse health-system environments across Africa, Asia and other challenging operating contexts, including Tunisia, Sierra Leone, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Cambodia, Ukraine, Haiti and Guinea.
